Information in Big Data has been accumulated from proprietary forms of which convention are so variety and depending on systems, languages, regions, and so on that it is difficult to re-use. It is need to use it by normal perspective by applying standard way. Topic (5) Draft Rec.37 “Signed Digital Document Interoperability”  Rec.37 will be incorporated into Revised Rec.14 ‘Authentication of Trade Documents’ ( according to the plenary report “Follow-up to decision 12-11: issues concerning a possible framework for the governance of digital signature interoperability standards and recommendations”).  Draft Rec.14 is now on Public Review stage till 30 th Nov. 2013.
