Basic Oracle Portal Tools  Web Clipping  Importing and Publishing a part of other web site into Portal  Omni Portlet  A Portal publishing tool built inside using which various analysis can be done using basic SQL, PL/SQL or XML.  HTML Portlet  This is a tool which encodes and displays the output of HTML coded content on the Portal.  Other Portal Tools Forms and Reports Portals (For Oracle Forms and Reports as Portal) Search Portal (Primarily for searching within portal) Database and Web Providers (Used for creating reports using external tools like Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle Discoverer etc… Polls and Survey Portals (Used for the purpose of voting or polling)

4. Net Revenue in a Dashboard  This dashboard displays analysis of net revenue generated on basis of Fiscal Year Fiscal Quarter Fiscal Month on one report and a graph.

5.  This analytics section displays Net Revenue on Sales for fiscal years 2000, 2001 and 2002 in three variants Tabular Format Graphical Format Gauges (Americas Only)  Tables and Bar Graphs show Net Revenue on Sales for all regions  Gauges are analytical tools that can be used to display rapid changes in data on a metrical format. 6. Rank by Country  This section shows top five and bottom five countries on basis of net revenue generated.  These are shown in two variants. A two dimensional table. 3D-Horizontal Bar Graph.

7. Rank by Customers  This section shows top ten and bottom ten customers on basis of net revenue generated.  These are shown in two variants. A two dimensional table. 2D-Horizontal Bar Graph.

Portal Tools  These are screenshots of clipped web content showing weather of Los Angeles from www.weather.com using Oraclewww.weather.com “Web Clipping Studio”.  A Web Clipping portlet is a tool that is Oracle Application Server available in Oracle Application Server Portal Portal using which we can clip a part of any webpage and place it in our corporate portal.
