Win-Win Partnership Industry – provides curriculum, instructors, and sets program standards & guidelines Education – provides space for training, acts as fiscal agent, and coordinates the program

Do it Yourself Determine the coordinator for the program Identify the companies that will provide training & set ground rules Agree upon common skills training: what needs to be taught and who will teach it Set minimum qualifications for entering the training: who will qualify people and how?

Do It Yourself Promote the program and attract students Pre-qualify individuals for the training Conduct the training Graduate the class & begin hiring
