2 1) Kindly enter www.axissecurities.in within your browser window 2) Click on the option “GO” within the Members Loginwww.axissecurities.in Website – www.axissecurities.in

3 1) Kindly enter your User ID & Password. Please note password is case sensitive. 2) If you are logging in for the first time, system shall prompt you for a change in password 3) Please note, in order to access streaming quotes, you need to have FLASH on your machine. In case if you do not have, kindly click on the FLASH plug-in available beneath the Virtual keyboard Login Screen

4 1) Kindly observe the last logged in date & time for your confirmation 2) System should also display a message “Socket connected successfully to server”. Incase it is not able to connect, kindly contact our Customer care 3) As a next step, you would need to create a Market Watch profile. You can create 5 different profiles online Market Watch

5 1) Click on MY ACCOUNT – PROFILE for creating your first or multiple profiles 2) A new window shall open up, click on ADD PROFILE Add Profile

6 1) Within the PROFILE window, please add a Profile Name, click on ADD SCRIP 2) A new window shall open up, select the exchange, instrument & mention the symbol. In the screen above, we have added RELIANCE and clicked on submit. 3) All stocks within different segments under NSE Equities shall be displayed. Please select all “EQ” series when you want a stock under NSE. Click on the stock for adding the same. Add Profile

7 1) You can add more stocks/contracts in a similar way. It is advisable to have not more than 20-25 stocks in one single profile. 2) Click on the option “SAVE” for saving your Profile and displaying the same within Market Watch. You can create more profiles in a similar way. Add Profile

8 1) You shall be able to view your stocks/contracts within Market Watch. 2) Every Market Watch has lot many columns, you can choose to add/delete depending on your preferential view. 3) Click on MY ACCOUNT – COLUMN TEMPLATE Market Watch

9 1) A new window shall pop up, add the TEMPLATE NAME, select all the columns you want to add to your Market Watch 2) Click on the Right hand top arrow for adding all such columns selected by you. You can even choose to move columns UP/DOWN depending on your preference. Column Template

10 1) Within a Market Watch, you can choose to sort on any column by double clicking on that column name. 2) You can choose to re-size a column width like the way we do in an excel sheet 3) You can even choose to delete a stock/contract by clicking on the “X” mark against that stock/contract. After any change, please click on the SAVE option available above Market Watch, extreme right hand section Market Watch

11 1) Within a Market Watch, right click against any stock for more info on that particular stock/contract. 2) You can choose to view the MARKET MOVEMENT, CHARTS or STOCK/CONTRACT INFORMATION Market Watch

12 1) Say for example we choose SECURITY INFORMATION for Reliance Industries. 2) You shall be able to view the respective exchange codes, info like Market Lot, Issued Capital, Info on Book Closure/Record Date 3) Most important, you shall be able to view the applicable Margin Percentage if you wish to trade this security under Margin Trading Security / Contract Information

13 1) Once your Market Watch is set, lets look at placing an order. For trading in Currency, you would need to transfer money using our Payment Gateway facility 2) Click on TRANSFER FUND – TO BROKER ACCOUNT. A new window shall open up, kindly select one bank out of our preferred banking partners, you shall be able to view your bank account number, select the product you wish to trade/invest in, enter the amount & click on SUBMIT Transfer Fund

14 1) You shall be redirected to the banking website 2) Enter your Net Banking User Id & password to proceed further. Post logging in, select the same account number, click on CONFIRM. 3) System shall prompt for a transaction password, post you click on SUBMIT on that, there shall be a reference number generated. 4) Please note till the time you do not get a reference number, do not close that particular browser window. 15 1) Once you get the reference number, kindly click on TRADING – FUNDS VIEW 2) Select ALL EXCHANGE COMBINED EXPIRY from the periodicity drop down. 3) Click on SUBMIT, check the figure against FUNDS TRANSFERRED TODAY Funds View

16 1) For placing a BUY order, kindly click on the stock/contract and press F1 or right hand mouse click, select BUY 2) Order Panel shall be opened, please select the ORDER TYPE as “RL”, enter the quantity, price & product type as DELIVERY/MARGIN. Please ensure that all investment BUY/SELL orders are marked under DELIVERY and trading BUY/SELL under MARGIN trading 3) Click on SUBMIT & CONFIRM Order Placement

17 1) Message Panel beneath the Order Entry panel shall display the order reference number & the status 2) Click on TRADING – ORDER BOOK Order Confirmation Message

18 1) Within the ORDER BOOK, you can filter on Exchange, product, Symbol or Status. 2) In case if you wish to Modify/Cancel any order, kindly select the respective order and click on MODIFY/CANCEL links available within the ORDER BOOK. 3) You can also take a print-out/download your ORDER BOOK to excel. 19 1) Any executed order can be viewed within TRADING - TRADE BOOK 2) You can filter on Exchange, Symbol or Product Type. 3) You also have a choice to print/download the entire TRADE BOOK Trade Book

20 1) You can view your net position through TRADING – NET POSITION 2) In case if you wish to square Off your position, kindly click on Square Off option available against the position Net Position

21 1) Lets look at Selling shares now. For selling shares, you would need to click on TRADING – STOCK VIEW 2) Select the appropriate dropdown and the list of stocks that you purchased today or are available within your Demat account shall appear online. 3) Click on the Stock name in order to sell the same. Stock View

22 1) TRADING – SPAN MARGIN VIEW shall allow you to glance through the applicable margins for different contracts available under Derivatives Trading 2) The same can also be viewed through Market Watch, right click against a Derivative Contract and click on Contract Information Span Margin View

23 1) In case if you wish to request for a funds pay-out or would like to withdraw the funds deployed for trading/investing, kindly click on TRANSFER FUNDS – FUNDS WITHDRAWAL-ALLOCATION 2) Within the new page that opens up, kindly click on WITHDRAW FROM option. 3) Select the product you wish to withdraw funds from 4) Enter the amount you wish to withdraw, max being the amount displayed on bottom right hand side. 5) Click on SUBMIT and system shall display a success message. Requested funds shall be credited to your registered bank account within 24 banking hours. Funds Withdraw - Allocation

24 1) TRANSFER FUNDS – FUNDS REPORT shall display a periodic log for all the funds transfer initiated by you using our Online Payment Gateway 2) You can choose to download or take a print of the same.. Funds Report

25 1) MARKET ENQUIRY section display all info about the current market scenario. Info like Most Active Securities, Top Gainers/Losers, Index Details, Market Movement & security/Contract Information Market Enquiry

26 1) TOOLS SECTION provides you with value add functions like Options Calculator, Fair value Calculator, Connection Diagnostics & Links to important websites within the financial services industry (RBI, SEBI, CDSL etc) Tools Section

27 T 1)Click on TOOLS – SET ALERTS to create alerts on Stocks/Contracts you wish to monitor regularly 2)A new blank ALERT window shall open, initially it shall have no alerts, click on SET ALERT 3)Click on the Magnifying Glass symbol to create/add alerts

28 Tools Section 1)Once you select the Stock/Contract, kindly select the parameters for creating an alert of your choice 2)Within the REMARKS column, give a description of your choice 3)Select the ALERT view mode, as of now, we have not linked this to EMAIL/SMS, so kindly select MESSAGE BOX & MESSAGE BAR and click on ADD

29 Tools Section 1)You can view the alerts created by you 2)As of now you cannot modify the alerts once created, you would need to delete the current alert and create a new one in case of any changes/modification. Click on “X” button to delete

30 1) MY ACCOUNT – MY INFO displays all of your info as mentioned within the KYC. Personal Details, Contact Details, Bank Details & Product Details. My Account – My Info

31 1) MY ACCOUNT – MY PREFERENCES gives you a choice of customising your Order Book, Trade Book & Net Position screens. 2) You can choose from parameters you would want to see within your Order Book, Trade Book & Net Position screen. 3) Clicking on PRODUCT TYPE, you can even choose the default product to be displayed within your Order Placement panel. My Account – My Preferences

32 1) MY ACCOUNT – PASSWORD SETTINGS allows you to reset your password automatically from hereon. 2) Enter your current password & select a SECRET QUESTION & SECRET ANSWER, click on SUBMIT. 3) Post doing this, henceforth whenever you face a password related issue, you can visit FORGOT PASSWORD section, answer the secret question and your password shall be sent on your registered email id. 33 1) MESSAGES – BROKER MESSAGES would display all recommendations flashed online by Axis Securities. You can view the same within your Market Watch, bottom message section 2) Similarly Order Messages would display your Order Logs & Exchange Messages would display segment wise messages flashed by exchange(s) Messages Section

34 1) The top bar within Header shall provide you with HELP option. For any help/assistance on any module within the application, you can refer to the HELP link. A new window containing trading manual shall pop-up 2) Similarly, you can even log-out from the system through the LOGOUT option available next to HELP. In case of no action for 15 minutes, system shall auto logout Help & Logout Options

35 The above mentioned shortcuts or HOT Keys shall assist you to access info or place orders quickly HOT Keys / Shortcut Keys
