2. Setting
Camp Green Lake is dry, boring and has terrible food. All I can see is dirt and misery. it doesn’t seem good and its not supposed to be fun for them because they are being punished there. They live in tents and have to wake up at 4 o clock in the morning and eat a tortilla with syrup or grease on it. It doesn’t look healthy for them. then go and dig holes for 12 hours in the hot desert sun all day. The time period is 2007

3. Characters
Stanley Yelnates has brown curly hair, light brown eyes and is very tall.
Mr. Sir is short ,is chubby has a very thin mustache. His hair is dark brown and is combed back with hair gel. Also wears cowboy boots.
Warden She has light red curly hair, pretty blue eyes, skinny like a toothpick, has a terrible attitude . All she cares about is finding the treasure.
Zero he has very dark brown almost black curly hair, short dark brown eyes not a smart kid loves to dig holes.

4. Plot
Stanley is convicted of a crime that he didn’t even do. So he is sent to a brutal camp called, Camp Green Lake to be punished later he finds out that the person that did it is his best friend.

5. Plot- resolution
Hector Zero Zeroni has committed to what he had done and Stanley is later released from camp and finds something extraordinary that no one can believe their own eyes even the warden!

6. Opinion
I thought the book was excellent and exciting adventures awesome. I loved it (even the movie)

Stanley Yelnats is convicted of a crime for stealing sweet feets shoes but he didn’t do it . He goes to camp green lake and meets the truth. It ended up being his buddy Hector Zeroni then Stanley is digging holes for a punishment until his lawyer came and proved that he is innocent .The Warden is very bratty about the whole thing she wants the Yelnats treasure that Kissing Kate Barlow hid.
