Write on a post-it note and stick on the board (or send via IM) Name of a persona or role What question they want answered What content would answer that question Human Resources Professional “What questions should I ask a candidate to know if they are likely to be qualified?” List of interview questions with a short discussion of each.

Is there a definitive answer to the question? Justify: if we do NOT include this content, will the audience suffer? We now have a set of questions we want answered by a Career Path Guide.
