9 Consideration Focus on “You” rather than “I” – Assumes you know their needs Showing an interest – Talk about their benefits Emphasising the positive and the pleasant – Turn a Con into a Pro

16 Portfolio Task Create an A3 poster / checklist explaining each of these principles of effective communication with examples. Maintain a good mix of visual style for the poster, but information required to pass.
