WOBO - Transforming the Enterprise: WOBO is an Enterprise-wide initiative Web-enabling business processes goes beyond to scope of a grass roots effort Executive Office must advocate this transformation - driven from top, down Funding is required Dedicated resources are required

Obtain human and technological resources needed to move forward Prove concept of Web-enabling Oracle applications Establish application development methodology and standards for Web enabling applications Enable and expand infrastructure to support electronic business processes and integration of systems Communicate with our partners as to their data needs
