There are many successive activities which are intricate in your schedule. Are you concerned about which one to originate in and how to follow the process?

Project Management is a system and discipline. If you have the right qualified team, having the right tool to show the right way to choose, at your disposal, what type of barrier appears on the road, you shall achieve your aim.

At the very beginning you have to make a quantity survey. Then you have to calculate the required manpower, equipment power and material both with their amount and cost. Now it is time to organize the activities on a time basis with their dependencies to their activities for creating a work schedule and manpower, equipment power and material histograms.

The success of your project depends on developing a qualified team having the right tool in their hands to make comparisons between the planned and executed work both on time and money basis.

Developing such a qualified team having a system in their hand, at every junction, you will know which way will take you to which point with what cost and you will make more proper decisions very easily.
