∞ There are three different types of pronouns. ∞ 1. The “regular” pronoun ∞ 2. The definite pronoun ∞ 3. The indefinite pronoun

∞ It’s a word that takes the place of the noun.

∞ Bob is nice. Bob is my friend. ∞ By using the same word twice can make the sentence sound chopping so using pronouns gives the sentence more of a “flow” ∞ Bob is nice he is my friend.

∞ It’s a pronoun with a clear antecedent.

∞ The girl is running in circles and she is going to fall down. ∞ The bull is charging at the man it almost hit him.

∞ This is used when the noun is being replaced and it is unknown.
