2. 4” HPVR Testing Status Plug rebuilt to remedy concentricity issue, no design changes. – Original plug went through extensive testing and needed to be replaced – No coating on the current plug. Wanted to get good MP inspection. Proof test conducted at 30K and room temperature (2x). Tested to working pressure (20Kpsi) 10x at room temperature. Visual inspection of plug and o-ring conducted. – No damage to either plug or o-ring – O-ring was 80 duro FKM but material is not specified in 6A (PMR to address application) – Plug tested was manufactured from 4130 75k material Testing complete No other HPVR sizes have been tested
