Learning Objectives We will: Develop our characters by adding in voice. Explore pitch, projection and pace to bring our characters to life. Apply our new skills to our performance from last lesson. We will do this by: Working individually and in groups using the magic 3. Staying focused during performance, sustaining character.

The Characters In a circle we will demonstrate our Gestus and movement from last lesson. Can you guess who is being who???

Voice our characters Pitch – This is how high or low you speak. Projection – This is how loud you speak. Pace - This is how fast or slow you speak.

Activity In your groups you will re-create an event in the story using your 3 P’s and your script. You must be ready to show back to the rest of the group.

Review Using Kind, Specific and Helpful we will discuss the performances. Look back over the last two lessons and discuss what 1 thing you will remember and how it might help us in our main challenge.
