3. Captains Meetings All officials report to the floor 15 minutes prior to the game time. Officials’ arrival time is by rule to supervise both teams during the warm-up period and perform their assigned pre-game duties. All officials inspects uniforms, making certain that opposing teams are wearing contracting colors and that numbers are legal, checks for jewelry and pockets. Umpire 1 observes the visiting team and Umpire 2 observes the home team, as long as teams are warming up. Assume the same positions after meeting with captains.
