Cancellation conditions 2 days before arrival day the cancellation is free, after those days the first overnight stay is taken off your credit card. Guests-/ Hotel-Information Check-in Check-out Visa and MasterCard Payment and Cancellation policy Credit card details are required to secure your reservation. If your reservation is cancelled fewer than 48 hours before your visit, a charge of one nights tariff will be applied on the credit card. The payment is effected on departure day at the hotel. The proposed system is designed for any hotel, tour and car reservation only and not capable for other reservation ( like flight reservation). The system provide services to have a quality and allows the clients to reserve via online with their favorite browser. System will use Email and SMS features to send notifications to the clients. The Hotel, Tour and Car Reservation System (HTCRS) will use Java which requires a Web and LAN server supporting this technology. The software should not be easily capable in deleting client’s record. System for hotel, tour and car primarily runs on Windows, but can be developed to suite user requirements. The system capability offers a wide range of adaptability that will satisfy both the clients and HTC personnel.
