The following will show you how to set up your email using OUTLOOK EXSPRESS not OUTLOOK Pleas change all details to reflect your name and domain name… e.g. name could be sales Yourdomainname could be exsample.com so for a email account setting this would look like sales@exsample.com and your POP3 settingssales@exsample.com would therefore be mail.exsample.com USE THE PAGE DOWN KEY OR TAP MOUSE FOR NEXT PAGE

2. Open outlook express The tap on TOOLS.. ACCOUNTS

3. Now tap the MAIL tab

4. Tap on ADD Then tap on Mail

5. Enter a name (this is what others see) e.g. ACCOUNTS or SALES or ME Then tap NEXT

6. Enter.. Mail.domainname.com or.com.au Then tap NEXT

7. Enter your full email address e.g sales@exsaple.com sales@exsaple.com And your Password I gave you ??? And tap NEXT

8. Now tap on your email Account and tap Properties

9. Tap on Services

10. Click on the ADVANCE tab

11. Change the (SMTP) setting from 25 to 26 then hit APPLY

12. Put a tick in the box My server requires authentication Tap on Servers menu

13. Your done happy emailing
