1. The following will show you how to set up your email account in OUTLOOK not outlook express Use the page down key or tap your mouse for the next page Pleas change all details to reflect your name and domain name… e.g. name could be sales Yourdomainname could be exsample.com so for a email account setting this would look like sales@exsample.com and your POP3 settingssales@exsample.com would therefore be mail.exsample.com

2. Open OUTLOOK

3. Tap on TOOLS.. Then OPTIONS

4. Tap mail setup Then Email accounts

5. Tap on NEW

6. Remember people see this Enter your FULL email address Enter your password and tap next

7. Then tap Manually configure server

8. It’s a POP3 account so tap this box and hit NEXT

9. Your FULL email address Mail.yourdomain.com The password I gave you And put a tick in this box it’s a MUST

10. Now tap on more settings

11. Now tap on outgoing server

12. Tick THE BOX my outgoing server…

13. Go to the ADVANCE TAB

14. Change the (SMTP) setting from 25 to 26

15. Tap on OK

16. TAP ON NEXT

17. TAP ON finish

18. TAP ON close and your DONE
