ITINERARY TOUR OF PARIS THREE DAY ART STUDY TOUR OF PARIS 17 TH – 19 TH OCTOBER 2013

DAY 1 07:00 Coach arrives at Haberdashers Aske’s School. 07.15 Depart Haberdashers Aske’s School. Onward transfer to Port Of Dover. (We will show a feature- film during our journey to Dover & will make regular refreshment stops as necessary.) 8.45 Collect food supplies from Booker Cash & Carry, Folkestone. 09.30 E.T.A. Eurotunnel Terminal, Folkestone. Check in for next crossing. 10.20 Depart Folkestone 11.55 E.T.A. Calais. Transfer to Paris.

16.00 - Guided Cruise on the River Seine on the Bateaux Mouches We will enjoy a one hour cruise on the River Seine with Bateaux Mouches.

This will take us around the Ile de la Cite and the Ile St Louis and offer views of Norte Dame Cathedral

DAY 2 08.00 Breakfast. 09.00 Transfer to central Paris 10.00 Ascent of The Eiffel Tower 12.30 Lunch by Eiffel Tower

13.30Transfer to The Musee d’Orsay. 14.00 Visit to The Musee d’Orsay.

16.00 Transfer to Montmartre. 16.45 Visit Montmartre, The Sacre Coeur Church and the Place de Tertre.

18.00 Dinner at Chez Eugene Restaurant, Place de Tertre.

19.30 Guided Tour of Paris By Dusk The Town Hall (Hotel de Ville) The Eiffel Tower

DAY 3 08.00 Breakfast & loading of bags into coach. 09.15 Coach transfer to The Pompidou Centre. 10.15 Exploration of the Beaubourg area in front of Pompidou Centre. 11.00 Visit to The Modern Art Gallery at the Pompidou Centre.

12.30 Lunch & view of Stravinsky Fountains. 13.00 Transfer to Calais. 17.15 E.T.A. Eurotunnel, Calais. Check in for next crossing. 18.20 Depart Calais. 17.55 E.T.A. Folkestone. Transfer to Haberdashers Aske’s School. 19.30 E.T.A. Haberdashers Aske’s School.

RULES & DRESSCODE You are allowed to take your phones, but please be aware of the charges your network will make for any roaming, calls and messages. And they must be on silent when visiting any galleries etc.. No electrical equipment – PSP, curling irons i.e. valuables. Except cameras that are covered by home insurance. When packing your bag please remember that you will be carrying your bag around so it must not be too heavy. Suitable clothing & appropriate footwear for all weather conditions; comfortable shoes/ trainers, Pack a mac/umbrella any waterproofs & sunscreen. Suitable clothing for visiting churches etc. long sleeves, something covering your shoulders. Nightwear – pyjamas.
