2 Introduction to Ayurveda Syllabus
This course will serve to introduction Ayurveda to the general public. The class will be dedicated to teaching the basic concepts of the Ayurvedic holistic health system. The course will provide students with information about their own constitution and dosha. Special focus will be given upon applying the principals of the system in order to live a healthy and Ayurvedically balanced life. Mind, Body, Spirit Balance Ayurvedic Constitution Dosha Testing Week 3 – Ayurvedic Lifestyle Ayuvedic Diagnosing Simple Applications Balanced Lifestyle Course Objectives To understand the basic concept of the Ayurveda holistic system. Gain an understanding of the basic principals of Ayurvedic health system. Learn how the health system is geared to balance the whole self. Discover your Dosha via personal questionnaire. To understand what is involved in living an Ayurvedic lifestyle. Learn basic diagnosing and common applications. Local resources.
