Causes of not following the criteria.
If you do not follow the criteria everyday or almost everyday, then you might want to consider it now and rethink about what could happen if you don’t brush and floss everyday and night. Plaque and tarter are the first that build up onto your teeth and gums and can also lead to other horrible effects. What is Plaque, Tarter and the other horrible effects when not brushing your teeth? Well lets find out.
5
Plaque Plaque is a soft, sticky, slimy, and an invisible substance that carries millions of bacteria. Sugary and Starchy foods such as Granola bars, cookies, cake, ice cream, candy, potatoes, pasta, spaghetti, and rice can be very harmful for your teeth. If you do not brush or floss right away after eating these foods, the bacteria in the plaque uses the sugars and starches that produce acids, that breaks down the tooth enamel and cause tooth decay (Cavities) or Periodontal (gum) disease (Gingivitis, Periodontitis) that loosens the teeth and can cause your teeth to fall out.
6
Tartar Tarter Before & After Dirty & Clean If plaque is not removed by brushing and flossing throughout the day or after meals, it can quickly turn into Tartar. Tarter is Plaque that has hardened onto your teeth. It’s a hard yellow and brownish material and is visible to see. It can form underneath the gums and can irritate them.
7
Periodontal (gum) Disease. (Gingivitis, Periodontitis)
If tartar reaches underneath your gums and not cleaned out it can turn into Gingivitis that causes your gums to become red, swollen and bleed when brushing and flossing. This is the first stage of Periodontal (gum) disease. The second stage is periodontist. Periodontitis happens when gingivitis is not treated and the gums will begin to pull away or loosen from your teeth and create space between the gums and teeth that are called Pockets. It will become infected by the bacteria in plaque that spreads and grows inside the pockets and begin to break down your bone and connective tissue that holds the teeth in place. After the bone, connective tissue, and gums are destroyed your teeth will become loose and will fall out.

Do you want to be toothless? I Didn’t think so.
Nobody ever wants their teeth to fall out. Brushing and flossing is very important but its not the only way to keep your teeth strong. Certain foods you eat can also help your teeth be strong and healthy. Here is a healthy diet you need to try.

Healthy diet for you and your teeth.
This healthy diet is not only good for your body but as well for your teeth. Fruits, vegetables, and vitamin C help protect your gums and any bacterial infections that are caused by non healthy foods. To reduce your risk of tooth loss, vitamin D, and dairy products that have plenty of calcium such as milk and cheese can help your gums, teeth, and jawbone to become more healthier and stronger. All fruits, vegetables, and these types of vitamins help your body's immune system fight off bad bacteria that causes stinky breath and plaque from non healthy foods. This can happen if not brushed and flossed right away. This diet and other foods can also fight off bacteria that causes cavities. If you like to snack on sugary foods or soda then be prepared for tooth decay. Instead snack on apples, grapes, bananas, kiwis, or drink water, orange juice, or milk.
10
How to keep your hygiene healthy?
You can avoid most of these horrible effects by simply brushing and flossing your teeth twice a day with mouth wash, eat and snack on only healthy foods, and visit your dental hygienist at least twice a year. You wont regret it. Unless you want your teeth tooth to fall out.
