1 World War II Technology Auction

2 Regulations for the Auction 1. You will have a few minutes to make a sign for your country. 2. Every person in your group will have a responsibility: A. Accountant – Keeps track of how much money is spend and how much money is left. B. Bidder – Yells out your team’s bids during the auction. C. Secretary – Writes down every purchase. 3. The entire group is to be involved in the decision-making process. 4. After the shopping trip you will be given one opportunity to trade with other countries.

3 Point system Each weapon is assigned a number of points, based on how successful or useful this new type of technology was in the war. At the end of the auction, the points will be revealed. You are to tally your points, and the team with the most points will have won the auction. Thereby, having a better chance of winning the war!!!

4 Budgets Germany: 200 Deutsche Marks Britain: 195 Pounds United States: 200 Dollars Russia: 190 Roubles France: 190 Francs Canada: 185 Dollars * All currencies are in millions and are equal for the purpose of this simulation.
