UC Berkeley Extension is the continuing education branch of the UC Berkeley campus.
Extension offers courses and certificate programs primarily for professionals:
Preparing for a career change
Enhancing their existing careers
Committed to professional development & growth
* Certificate programs are reviewed and approved by the main UC Berkeley campus

13. Evening Certificate Program (ECP) Post-Baccalaureate Studies
Students study alongside domestic students
Students build their full-time class schedule with the help of student advisors
Convenient Extension locations around the San Francisco Bay Area
Courses are usually in the evening and on weekends
Studies begin in the spring or fall term; courses are offered throughout the year
Most programs can be completed in approximately one year (some require study over a longer period of time)
