2. One of the rights of the First Amendment Freedom of the Press  Even though the press can make people mad, they still have the freedom to print whatever they want to as long as it doesn’t say something that can get other people in trouble.

3. Second Amendment The Right to Bear Arms  The Federal government can’t keep the states from enlisting citizens in the state militia and providing them with weapons and training.

4. Third Amendment The Quartering of Soldiers  This amendment says that the government can not force us to have soldiers stay in our homes.

5. The Fourth Amendment Search and Seizure  This amendment says that we have a right to privacy that is insured by setting limits on the authorities power to search property and seize evidence.

6. One of the rights of The Fifth Amendment The Rights of the Accused  This amendment says that you do not have to testify against yourself in court. This action is commonly known as pleading the fifth.

7. Another right of The Fifth Amendment  A persons’ property may not be taken for public property unless a fair price is being paid.

8. Yet another right of The Fifth Amendment  No one should be tried in a federal court unless a grand jury decides that they should.

9. A right from The Sixth Amendment Requirements for Jury Trial  Anyone accused of a crime is entitled to a prompt public trial before an impartial jury.

10. Another right of The Sixth Amendment  If a person is accused of a crime they must be provided with a legal counsel.

11. The Eighth Amendment The Limits on CriminalPunishments  If a person is accused of a crime, in most cases can be released from jail if they or someone else posts bail. Bail fines must be reasonable.
