Measures to ensure physical safety  Never leave unattended – baby could easily suffocate from random movements  Always support the babies head – he/she has minimal muscle development to support head on his/her own  Dress in layers – regulating baby's temperature will help keep them relaxed and ready to play/learn

7. Nutritious meal/snack  According to the World Health Organization baby should breastfeed exclusively for the first 6 months. There is no other food necessary at this stage and introducing food to early can cause allergic reactions.
