(Page 104 – Vision 2040) This Vision aims at consolidating the tenets of good governance; -constitutional democracy; -protection of human rights; -rule of law; -free and fair political and electoral processes; -transparency and accountability; -Government effectiveness and regulatory quality; -effective citizens participation in development processes; and -peace, defence and security of the citizens and the country.
