LABEL FUNCTION

Click on the “LABELS” button (it will be ‘highlighted’ Grey once selected) ** This Screen will NOT CHANGE ** You have selected the function. Now you have to search for the material for which you want a label printed. Label Function

Enter name of Chemical / material you wish to locate Then hit ‘enter’ or click on ‘GO’

Label Function ** Click on the Material name you want ** This screen does not always appear. If there is only one document for the material selected you will be taken straight to the next screen in this presentation.

Label Function See the Chemical name you searched for appears here... Choose the size / template For your labels Labels are only available in the ‘Templates Gallery’

Label Function Optional LABEL Tool settings (instructions for use next screen) Select PRINT to print your labels

Label Function (Optional) LABEL Tool settings To fit Label printing to your page:- Select OFFSET HORIZONTALLY to move image right or left Select OFFSET VERTICALLY to move image up or down Select SCALE/MAGNIFY to increase Font size on label Save your settings once completed and next time you wish to print same size label, your settings will be intact USE THESE ARROWS TO ADJUST IMAGE when movement direction selected

Label Function Choose EXIT or BACK To return to Labels Template gallery

Label Function Choose EXIT or BACK To return to Folder list of documents Labels ‘Template Gallery’

Label Function Start screen, Ready for another search ** Recommended that you CLEAR current search before starting a new one. Note: LABELS still selected
