Background Nexor was established in 2001 and was initially aimed at the embassy market specializing in general maintenance and servicing clientele such as Canadian, British, Australian and Japanese embassies. After years in the industry Nexor has diversified from a specific target market to the general commercial field were we now cover general maintenance, dry walling as a speciality, paint work and electrical installation and maintenance. We cover all of the Pretoria and Johannesburg area and do special request projects up to Nelspruit. We also cover large scale project management on the African continent. Understanding the maintenance business dictates that generally every job is unique and requires personal attention and this is the reason why Nexor has maintained its small company status. Nexor management undertakes that every local project will be overseen personally which creates the ability to control the quality and service on a very high level. Nexor establishes a personalised service to a business creating trustworthy business relationships which is key to any successful business. We have significant experience in the estate rental industry including being a preferred maintenance company specifically with Just letting Centurion in the past being sub contractor to Interactive Solutions. Doing complete refits and paint outs to executive houses for many embassies. Creating entire dry walled office spaces for corporate companies like Sybrin Systems. Constructing new shops for Computicket and erecting entire warehouses for Connolly Engineering in the DRC.
