Flagmen who control traffic at such locations are always exposed to dust, noise, weather and traffic hazards. Some JO employees came up with an innovative idea to avoid exposing our business partners employees to such hazards. KDC Rig # 17UPDC (Weatherford)Rig # 102 Mr. Fahad M. Al-Dossari of Construction Division made flagmen of steel with all regular clothes, PPE and reflective jacket. These steel flagmen are posted near road junction leading to pit remediation project site to give traffic warning to drivers. The steel flagmen are clearly visible and can stay there continuously exposed to weather without any problem. MMD - Welding Supervisor Nasser Al-Dossari and Foreman Saad Al-Harbi helped to fabricate steel signalmen.
