Searching for Catalog Items The Catalog tab is where you can search on items that are on an active contract with the State Click the Search Tips link for ways to search in the catalog faster and easier

Vendor Part Number Search Searching the Vendor part number returns the specific item

Contract Search Search using contract # to see all items from all vendor’s on the contract. Add contract suffix (AA, AB etc.) to see items from that specific vendor on the contract

Vendor Search You can use Vendor ID or the Vendor Name when searching

Price Comparison First click on the Item IDs tab to find the CM # in the Item ID column Then copy the CM # Finally paste the CM # into the Item Id field and click search to view all vendors that sell the same item
