Objective( 2) To professionalize the HE-professionals for working in and with this innovative VPL- approach by enhancing their competences as professionals in guidance, assessment, contextualised development of LLL- programmes, flexibilisation of learning, customer-steered teaching ALLinHE

All partners national contextualize the training-programme and organise the training with at least 4 assessors and 4 guiders from HE. The partnership decides in partner meeting 2 on the Certification of the trained assessors and guiders; this includes a debate on sustainability and quality-assurance of the training program.

A 3-day training course for professionals Starting with the competence profiles for assessor and guider program-description of the modules: intercultural communication, customer- orientation, assessment-techniques, guiding skills, etc. a manual for the train-the-trainers a reflection-manual for directly updating the programme during the training. ALLinHE
