CULTURE Italian culture is know for arts, architecture, music and food. Home of the Roman Empire and a major center of Renaissance.

PLACE Manarolo Leaning tower of Pisa Coliseum Climate- predominantly Mediterranean alpine in far north hot, dry in south. Landforms- Italy's landforms are extremly diverse and wide variety of rock types. Plant and Animal life- mostly entirely eradicated.

HUMAN ENVIRONMENT INTERACTION People affecting the environment- Italy's coastline and developed economy attracts tens of thousands of illegal immigrants from south eastern Europe and northern Africa. Environment affecting people-There is sulfur dioxide in the air. Many of the rivers here are polluted.
