WHAT DO THEY DO? plan and design interior environments for enclosed spaces They also use what’s known as CAD (computer-aided drafting) They also select or design and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories They estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval They have to coordinate with other professionals, to ensure job success They advise the client on the interior design factors
