Budget continued… Utilities Although the costs in electricity and water are less than anticipated due to the strict watering restrictions, we will continue to stay conservative in nature for future energy costs Landscape – no anticipated increases Administrative Monthly management fees have not increased; however, due to a change in collection agency service providers all collections activities are handled directly by the HOA’s attorney. Therefore the increase noted in administrative costs during 2013 is due to collection filing fees being paid at time of filing. Keep in mind all fees are charged back to the owner should their account be in legal.

As always…. we will Continue to promote and organize community events Organize and promote the semi-annual garage sale (newspaper ads, etc.) Encourage and develop community bonds within our own community, neighboring communities and with the city Maintain the integrity of the covenants in place and be fiscally responsible in planning for the HOA’s future
