SDC/OB2 Migration Major Activities Planned Next Month – Gain approval for updated project charter – Complete overall SDC/OB2 Migration task plan and schedule – SDC Core: Take delivery of equipment for structured cable project – Facility: Complete enclosure install (for core); install and configure DCIM tool; continue verification of video surveillance system – OB2 Move: Begin enclosure planning using DCIM tool; inventory A La Carte 1

Private Cloud Procurement Completed – Procurement consultant (TPI) started Sep 13 th – Completed Milestone #1: Project planning and kickoff with CTS procurement team – Identified participating agencies and scheduled requirements workshops (four half-day sessions) For October – Complete three of four requirements workshops – Draft RFP requirements and evaluation requirements

5. Business Plan Update Collaboration between OCIO and CTS OCIO taking the lead in developing financial analysis model Meeting twice a week to complete work on defining the model and updating numbers
