4 Why is breathing so important to yoga?  With every inhale and exhale, you create a smooth transition from one pose, or asana to the next  Each breath connects mind, body and spirit creating a firm foundation for each asana IT ALL BEGINS WITH BREATHING

5 How does yoga relieve stress?  Increases body awareness  Relieves body stress through exercise  Relaxes mind and body  Frees the spirit  Sharpens concentration  Centers attention and focus  Refreshes the mind by clearing out stress  Helps in weight loss  Helps in maintaining balance  Gives ability to cope with fatigue STRESS TEST!
