There is no common ground between God and idols; if you are God’s you cannot also share sacrifices at the idol’s table.

Or what communion is there between light and darkness? Here koinwnia is translated as communion. Light and dark cannot share anything – it isn’t a question of choice!

This is the ecclesial equivalent of a business partnership: sharing out the regions to two marketing teams.

So what do these words mean? Fellowship having a share in… giving a share… participating in… having in common… Outside the New Testament, koinwnia is used of marriage, business partnership, friendship, and of a “bring and share” meal

Fellowship () The ___ Bible School is organised and conducted on the basis of the BASF. Fellowship at the memorial service is extended to all who fellowship consistently on that basis. The ___ Bible School does not recognise the ___ Unity Agreement or the ___ Unity Agreement. Members of other fellowships and members of ecclesias that have signed these unity agreements are welcome to attend but not to partake of the memorial emblems.
