National Association of Boards of Pharmacy conducts the exam for foreign pharmacy graduates

9. Phases to get Pharmacist License in USA
FPGEC: Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee Certificate
NAPLEX: North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination
