Weight loss program for fitness center members

What is the Goal ? The goal of my intervention for the fitness center is to help reduce the weight of our members. By doing this will increase members frequency of visiting the fitness center.

Benefits of reducing weight Benefits 7-10% of people have seen better health results from regular exercise, diet, and weight loss than medicine. Reducing weight can cause a reduction of getting diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Most heart diseases, cancers and diabetes are able to change with lifestyle change.(2)

Weight loss in our members will encourage them to want to come to the gym more frequently. The eating habits of the members will also improve for the better. The members will also feel better about themselves and tell their friends about our fitness center.
