7 TH GRADE SAN DIEGO TRIP May 18 – 20, 2015

Monday, May 18, 2015 -Depart the Somerset Stephanie campus at approximately 7:00 am -Lunch in Barstow, CA (sack lunch brought from home) -Arrive in San Diego to Balboa Park at approximately 1:00 pm -Students will have the choice to visit the San Diego Natural History Museum or the Fleet Science Center from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm. (relates to science or history) -Leave Balboa Park and arrive to check in at hotel at approximately 6:00 pm -Check in and get settled and head to dinner at Horton Plaza for dinner at the food court and some Shopping -Return to hotel at approximately 8:30 pm and in bed by 10:00 pm

Tuesday, May 19, 2015 -Wake up and have breakfast at the hotel -Depart for the San Diego Zoo at approximately 9:00 am -Enjoy the zoo all day until 5:00 pm – (relates to science, history, math, and English) -Depart the zoo and head for Coronado Island (relates to history) -Arrive in Coronado Island for dinner on the beach at approximately 6:00 pm (Subway sandwiches and chips)

Wednesday, May 20, 2015 -Wake up and have breakfast at the hotel -Clean up rooms, pack, and load the bus -Depart hotel for the USS Midway Carrier Museum at approximately 9:00 am (relates to history and and science) -Tour the USS Midway until approximately 12:30 pm -Stop for a fast food lunch before departing for home -Stop for a snack in Barstow, CA at approximately 5:00 pm -Arrive back to the Somerset Stephanie campus at approximately 8:00 pm

Wednesday, May 20, 2015 USS Midway entrance- $ 7.00 Fast food lunch in San Diego-$10.00 Snacks in Barstow, CA-$5.00 Total-$22.00 Hotel Fee-$80.00 Bus Fee-$95.00 per person GRAND TOTAL -$255.00 per person
