4 What is Fleet Virtual Pay?
Fleet Virtual Pay is a complementary payment solution to the U.S. Bank Voyager Fleet card. Fleet Virtual Pay provides drivers with a unique, card-less, single-use MasterCard account to pay for maintenance or unexpected repairs when their Voyager Fleet Card is not an option. Available at MasterCard accepting merchants, Fleet Virtual Pay offers drivers a convenient payment alternative without sacrificing control and flexibility in situations where the Voyager Fleet Card is not accepted.

A unique, 16 digit MasterCard account number that can only be used once The account can be set with transaction specific purchase parameters including merchant, date range & payment amount Provides deeper over sight into employee spending by capturing fleet enhanced data on transactions Product code, line item detail, # units, etc., for maintenance transactions Is available 24/7 at participating merchants Eliminates: The need for drivers to carry multiple cards Post-purchase reimbursements Calls to the office for assistance or to secure a purchasing card account

7 How Fleet Virtual Pay Works
Request Driver presents their Voyager Fleet Card Instructs merchant to call U.S. Bank for a virtual account number and instructions Call Merchant calls U.S. Bank and provides the following: Driver’s account number and information Driver/Vehicle ID Actual cost of the maintenance, repair or service Validate U.S. Bank checks the driver’s account settings U.S. Bank provides the merchant with account number Process Merchant processes transaction assigned account number for the exact amount of the purchase Merchant uses their established MasterCard point-of-sale processes Monitor Transaction flows through all standard fleet processing and posting steps Transaction is viewable on clients bill & in Fleet Commander® Online

11 Fleet Virtual Pay Soft Launch Recap
USB development to support Fleet Virtual Pay delivered in March 2014 Outreach to select SOT merchants for soft launch also commenced in March 2014 Soft launch planning activities with initial participating agencies began in April with kick off sessions in May 2014 First SOT Fleet Virtual Pay transaction took place at the end of May 2014 for TCEQ Participating agencies began FVP transactions in earnest throughout the summer and fall months Soft launch objectives: Validate the Fleet Virtual Pay product is working as expected: Supplements the Voyager Fleet Card through greater acceptance at repair/maintenance merchants where Voyager isn’t an option Is easy to use for the driver & fleet manager Brings value to the client’s business processes (e.g. fleet centric billing & reporting) Provides appropriate level of control through the “precise pay & payment control features” Eliminates the need for purchasing card or direct billing usage as payment methods for vehicle maintenance & repairs Validate Fleet Virtual Pay outreach & awareness efforts for soft launch participating merchants are effective Test product, related materials and support model
