4 DOC ID © Chevron 2005 4 October 2007 COCO Sales Contest Award Levels: $1,000 Level - Any Site Manager selling $1,000 & over in cards will receive 2 free Disney admission tickets $1,500 Level - Any site selling $1,500 & over in cards will receive a Disney admission ticket for each employee (as of 10/31/07 EOM active payroll list) ($63 value) $2,000 Level - Any site selling $2,000 & over in cards will receive a pair of Disney admission tickets for each employee ($126 value) Top Site – The site raising the most $ (A/P/S) in each District will also receive a $50 Disney gift card for each Employee Top COCO BC – The BC whose store group raises the most total $ (A/P/S) in each District will receive (4) 3 day Park Hopper admission passes, a 2 night stay at the Disneyland Resort, and a Disney VIP Hospitality package.

5 DOC ID © Chevron 2005 5 2007 RFTC Donation Card Program COCO Donation Tracking When a customer makes a donation, put the cash in your register and log each amount collected on the donation form (to be provided by your FM/BC). Drop the cash with your regular deposits into the Compusafe – you do not need to ring donations up. At the end of the shift, enter the total amount collected on a separate line on your shift reports as “donation.” Store Managers must add up all donations per shift and enter into the shift and daily screens in ACES “CHARITY PROMOTION” line no later than the next day.

7 DOC ID © Chevron 2005 7 2007 RFTC Donation Card Program Additional program success tips / reminders….. Keep your “purchased cards” wall presentations constantly updated and orderly. These can become your best sales tool! Call for more cards when you are down to your last 50 sheets or so. Don’t wait until you have completely exhausted your inventory. Take digital photos of your stores donation card wall and submit these to your BC. Remove all in store donation cards from store interior on Nov. 1 st
