12. The Habitat response also includes: Mobilising engineers to carry out house-by- house damage assessments, as many families fear staying in their homes. In the long-term, we will support families to rebuild their homes and lives.

Give thanks for the small kindnesses which make a huge difference when everything is lost

15. Prayer Points Pray that all those involved in the response effort, the government, the UN and many NGOs can effectively work together and get the support needed. Pray that even now people will be thinking about the long-term impacts Pray for Habitat staff as they work in incredibly challenging conditions to bring life saving shelter to families in desperate need Pray for the individuals who have left the safety of their own homes to help people in need – medically, emotionally and practically
