1. LEL Reduction Using Gold Crew Vapor Lock

2. About 3 gallons of Gold Crew Vapor Lock are added to a pressure washer tank with about 300 gallons of water in it

3. The solution is then re-circulated through the wand to make sure that the product is mixed evenly

4. Top of 6000 gallon resin tank Fill pipe Passage pipe into plant

5. An 8’ wand with a 90° nozzle is used to spray the Vapor Lock solution into the tank

6. LEL is checked to see if work can continue in the confined space Levels were too high for meter to read

7. The wand was inserted into the fill hole because the opening in near the top of the tank. The wand is turned to make sure that the spray covers the entire tank to knock down vapors.

8. About 20 gallons of the 1% solution is used

11. Levels are checked one more time before work continues. LEL was zero.
