2. Christian music started out as songs in the church hymn books which are mostly translated from verses in the bible, and then moved on to worship songs, which then spread out into the different types of genres that we have today.

3.  There is gospel music, rock or punk rock, hip hop, pop, rap, contemporary, and worship.

4.  Like other artists and bands, Christian bands perform in concerts.  Some of the major events that occur in the Christian music business are “High Voltage”, and “ATF (Acquire The Fire)”. These concerts are mostly attended by youth groups and church organizations.

5.  Most teens react positively towards Christian music.  They no longer feel like they have to conform to what society listens to, but rather their own favourite genre.  The music that society listens to today can be depressing and encourage inappropriate behaviour, when listening to Christian music, it can be uplifting and encouraging.

6.  Parents reaction towards Christian music is positive, because of the clean lyrics they don’t have to worry about younger siblings picking up bad words and inappropriate behaviour.  Most parents also notice a change in their teens behaviour and attitude.

I know, I don’t have all the answers, and I have wasted many chances to prove to you a faith that lives inside. I’m praying there will be a brake through, ‘cause I can’t be the one to save you. God knows how many times I’ve tried. I can’t explain, but I can’t deny, so many times for you I’ve cried, and to see you on your knees tonight.
