18. 18 - Propose the Five-Year Strategic Plan to School’s / Unit’s Committee for review and approval

19. 19 - Propose the Five- Year Strategic Plan to AU Strategic Planning Committee for final approval within 15 March 2014

20. 20 - Transmit the approved Five-Year Strategic Plan to all members, and internal divisions / centers for implementation by translating the Five-Year Strategic Plan into the action plan (One-Year Plan and Budget)
