4.  Executed twenty-six (26) soil test borings. Borings were drilled to depths ranging from 10 to 50 feet below the existing ground surface.  Performed a laboratory testing on each boring  Provided foundation, lateral earth pressure, and pavement design recommendations  Minor risks noted with soil settlement typical to construction projects  Nothing noted from report that couldn’t be mitigated by design 4

5. 5  We are seeking a motion to purchase this land from Mr. Cahill located at 740 Figsboro Road in the amount of $545,000 pending approval of appropriated funds from the Henry County Board of Supervisors
