Piazza San Marco After visiting the museum and the church we went to Piazza San Marco, the most important square with its most important cathedral. Here we had an hour of free time to look around and explore. After an hour we met again in Square San Marco and we had lunch. After lunch we went to the ferry boat station to take the ferry to Murano, a beautiful island famous for its glass factories.

Murano After a thirty minutes trip by ferry, we arrived at the Island named Murano. The first thing we did was going to visit a glass factory where a man showed us the most famous method for modelling the glass, the blowing method. It was cool because we could see all the steps for modelling a small glass bird. After that we went into the factory shop and we could see all the glass objects they had. Then we had a little more free time to explore the island and see the typical architecture of Venice islands.

The End After visiting the island we took the ferry back to piazza san Marco, and we walked to the Rialto bridge, one of the three bridges which cross the Canal Grande. The Rialto bridge is famous for its numerous shops and it is always very crowded. We had a walk to the train station and then at 17:50 we took the train to go home.
