Rule #4 – Attention & Boring Things We don’t pay attention to boring things. Emotions matter Multi-tasking is impossible.

Rule #5 – Repeat to remember Memories can come and go. If you don’t repeat within 1.5 hours – you forget new information.

Rule #6 – Long-Term Memory You have to repeat info within 30 seconds to remember it. Short-term memory can only hold about 7 items.

Rule #8 – Stressed Brains Don’t Learn Stress can be good and bad. Brains go into “survival” mode when you are stressed. Stress in the home, school, work…. can hurt.
