Membership in Standing Committees of IFLA sections, spreading information about IFLA among regional library communities. 2. House for IFLA Regional Preservation and Conservation Office for CIS countries. 3. Since 1990 – facilitator of Russian regional delegations for IFLA Annual Congresses.

And finally: The Library builds bridges between PEOPLE The database of our partners comprises more then 200 institutions and 1200 individuals from 32 countries. Our employees stay with the Library in average for 15 years, forming a responsive, responsible and friendly community Personal connections and sharing of experience creates special environment between people, institutions and countries, changing the world for good.
