1997 Founding of Messer Haiphong Industrial Gases Co., Ltd. in the North
1998 Founding of Messer Vietnam Industrial Gases Co., Ltd. in the South
The Messer family again owns 100% of the company
- worldwide restructuring of Messer Group
- restarting investment activities in Vietnam
- construction of 200 bars gas filling station and analytical gas laboratory in the South
2006 Official inauguration of Messer Vietnam on March 6, slogan “Messer restarts in Vietnam”
Signs 25 year-contract to supply various industrial gases to Hoa Phat Steel Co., Ltd.
2009 Establishment of filling plant in Vung Tau
2010 Establishment of Air Separation Unit in Hai Duong
2011 Construction of CO2-Recovery Plant in Binh Phuoc
2011 Signs contract for Second Air Separation Unit with Hoa Phat Steel Co., Ltd.
