Geography of Taiwan Taiwan is a large island which is located in southeast of China. The north and the south have monsoon in different seasons. There are jungle, deep valley and rapid river in Taiwan.

New Year Chinese New Year is also called the Lunar New Year (celebrated by lunar calendar) It’s a time of family reunion. New Years Eve is spent with all members of family and share a feast, special dinner. Parents give their children a red envelops with some money.
